Yeah, I rented this off Lovefilm when I was well into Most Haunted a few years back, was excellent, will have to watch it again though cos I aint seen it since, I remember he was on Poulton Road and in Leasowe Castle.

Most haunted was great when i first watched it back in 2001 but as soon as Derek Acorah got exposed i was disapointed cause i was a Fair believer even before this program as some strange sh** has happened to me in the past.. I aint a strong believer as i still question alot of stuff as i like to know the real reason and not just GO ohh its paranormal so im open minded kind of thing

Yeah, I used to watch Most Haunted religiously until about series 4 or 5 when it got repetetive and a bit boring, and then of course Derek was found out which fooked things up even more lol.
I still enjoy watching the odd episode every now and again, I like the history aspect of the programme particuarly.
But its not what it once was.

It was Kieran who exposed him, he was putting the names of some "made up" ghosts known to haunt certain locations etc before filming, and Derek then came out with them during the filming.
Kieren then told one of the newspapers about what had happened and the names could be made into words involving Derek.
I only remember Rik Eedles, which was translated to mean Derek Lies.

Jonah...i am a scaredy cat...feckin hate the idea of ghosts nd things...i dont drive past St andrews at night or early mornin..case i see the monks nd things...and i specially dont drive down "Poulton road" at night....

Supposed to be yeah. Not the one in Wallasey though, the one near Raby and Bebington etc...
The legend goes that you see a woman at the side of the road at night, she is wearing old clothes, maybe victorian or summit. You pull over to see if shes okay (its in the middle of nowhere) and she disappears.
Then when ya drive off, a few seconds later she appears in the back seats in ya rear view mirror.
Been down that road a few times, never had anything happen lol.
