Skate Park gets go ahead, creates 16 jobs - 27th Dec 2012 4:47pm
AN indoor skate park venture at Bromborough's Croft Business Park has been given the green light despite it clashing with the local development plan.
The development will create 16 jobs and bring back into use two industrial units that have been vacant for more than two years.
The scheme was approved unanimously by Wirral planning committee.
Committee chairman Cllr Bernie Mooney said skateboarding was hugely popular with young people and she was hopeful that the centre would be well supported.
