my brother got 3 passes in pe , i.c.t and science he also got an F in english and a G in math can he still get in ?

What subjects is he hoping to do? It looks like he would be borderline based on his results to go straight into A level only.

Regardless of the A levels, he needs to up his English and Maths grades really for any further education awards to be meaningful.

Talk to the 6th form places, they should be able to get some sort of package together to give him meaningful prospects even if it is initially just to boost his GCSEs or to head to a BTEC award.

he went to the observatory school thats why he doesn't have more than 5 gcses but he has to go in on thursday to speak to them and he wants to do p.e
