Just to make wikiwirralers aware ANPR ltd who operate the ticketing at the Cherry Tree Centre in Liscard have this week been expelled from the BPA so can no longer get keeper details from the DVLA.
Spread the word.
They can still issue tickets but can not actually enforce them under POFA 2012 which made the keeper liable rather than the driver.
They might try and imply trespass to justify the parking charge of £100 but they have never attempted a court case as of yet.
