Car Vandalised - Upton Library Car Park - 6th Apr 2013 9:35am
My sister's car had 3 windows smashed and a wing mirror kicked off approx 6am this morning (Sat 6th April).
Neighbour saw some youths walking past probably coked their eyeballs coming home from a party at 6 ish hitting a few other cars as they passed, but my sister's was the worst hit.
A neighbours CCTV seems to have caught some action which may help.
