Today there have been new barriers put in place in st caths car park, the exit has a box to insert coins so it looks like it's soon gonna be Pay and Display.

Then again it may not be, VCH has had barriers there for years that have gone unused but all the signs point to SCH being pay and display soon.

Thought I'd give you all a heads-up

dont think it will as the people who work there just park on the main road or side roads.some days we have trouble getting into our road because of them,we were hoping it would be better once there car park was done,
