I work at Manor Bakeries, Moreton, and chained to the railings outside the security lodge, is a very nice ladies bicycle with a sign on it stating that it's "been in the bike shed for months, and if it's not claimed, it'll be disposed of."

Does anyone know who the owner might be? Can't imagine who would forget about it, it looks a good quality bike.
