After lots of speculation, it looks like Mersey Court in Seacombe is to be fully refurbished. It's currently in for planning with an application by Wirral Partnership Homes. Planning Application

Should look a lot nicer than the current eyesore.

Still have to take some pics of it though for posterity.

Charter house apartments on right move. Never seen any work going on so don't know if these are still happening

Yeah they've been talking about this refurb for years. It's been empty for years now.
