Just took a call from the missus saying there is a fire in one of the tunnells and they are being evacuated by the fire brigade. Got the impression they are turning thier vehicle around at the Liverpool end and having to make their way to the other tunnel.
just picked this off news so she may have her tunnels mixed up

Wondered what all the smoke was coming from Liverpool. Knew it was something to do with the tunnels. So saw this on the Live traffic.

Was wondering what it was, pure black smoke coming from what looked like a block of flats but it must of been ventilation shaft.

its a big wagon on fire,my mate just put a photo on facebook of it as he was in car behind it by the look of it!!!
