That's a great site. As an ex-employee of Cheshire County Council, I know how much money they willingly waste, there is no real option of cutting back as the budget they work on is immense anyway.
Maybe we could do with a whistleblowers' forum or website. We know the waste goes on because we see it every day but there's nowt we can do about it because if you report it you are only telling it to the idiots who are sanctioning it anyway. There should be a Council Tax Payers' Suggestion Box on the website and it should be acted upon when there is good sensible stuff put in. It would save money on consultants at least.
