Can anyone say why the spy car is always parked opposite Wallasey Village post office near Grove road station? There again this morning.

Meanwhile outside most schools it is chaos. I thought the idea was to stop illegal and selfish parking especially in these areas but it seems not.

I can only assume he is there to catch people parking on the crossing zig zags. If so, surely that's a police matter because conviction carries penalty points?

If there is no sign saying camera car is in street, then any fine issued is not legal.

Surely that cant be true though as for me its like the same kind of concept as a police car when they are in roads fining people for speeding?
