the boss just tells them to get on with it when they complain
they have workers up ladders no training or safety gear nobody footing ladders plus you carrying loads up ladder
Tell him to wait for the accident to happen then compo the shit out of him!
you got no chance he would worm his way out of it somehow and worker would prob be dead hatefull man i believe
For smaller companies the local council are responsible for checking this and comes under Environmental Health
