Can any one please help me ..


I have got a FUJIFILM FINEPIX A360 4.1 mega pixels digital camera

I have used it about 10 times i,v not dropped it or got it wet or damaged it in any way


When i turn it on it bleeps 4 times and says

ZOOM ERROR The zoom does not pop out any more and will not take pics GUTTED

has any 1 got any ideas or any cheap good repair shops or guys TO FIX IT ...Please help

Sounds silly but new batteries (or well charged batteries) sometimes unstick these infernal things.

Often caused by the camera getting switched on whilst in the case.

You could see what photocam in Birkenhead say - usually manufacturer offers a fixed price repair service.

Robbo, if you've not had it long, can you not take / send it back as faulty?

My grandad has had the cam for 1 and half years but he never used it

He might not do digital but may give some good advice - try phoning him to save the visit.

Do you have there number ?

Does your lens come out when you switch it on normally?
I have a Nikon camera with a lens that comes out when it's switched on. Some cameras are known to do this, they switch on when in the bag and the gears get stripped because the lens is trying to push out, but can't move.

staples were doin1gig ones for £1

I got 8GB (yep 8GB!) Sony Pro Duo a few weeks ago on E bay for £23 - tis brill!
