Help I'm trying to get my phone to work on my Samsung tv (not smart tv) I have bought a few of different hdmi mhl box's and cables but still no joy so took them all back all I need is a way of getting my phone to work on my tv i have a s7 and my girlfriend has the Samsung alpha dose anyone have a hdmi wire that has a usb on the other end or a Samsung mhl box adapter thanks

I transfer them via my laptop on to usb and shove the stick in my hard drive

get a chromecast

you can purchase a Chromecast and connect it to the HDMI port on your TV.
Ensure the Chromecast and Galaxy S7 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open the Google Play app and install the Chromecast app on your device.
Follow the wizard to setup your device with your TV.
Apps like Netflix and YouTube will now have a “Cast” Android Chromecast button button within the app that you can use to send the video to the Chromecast and TV. If you want to mirror everything on the device, open the Chromecast app, select “Menu” Menu Button, choose “Cast Screen / audio“, then select your Chromecast device in the list.
