I think you would need to be more specific about location. Unless you are looking for an industrial window cleaner all the domestic ones pretty much operate in their own locality.

This has been now sorted.
I guess it was my lucky day.Because there were window cleaners in the area.
Windows will sparkly clean now :r and even better i will be able to see through them.
