As i am lead to believe its going to be a college, and your right about the traffic chaos, and pelican crossings that will go up in time,
A college of all places, maybe its to help us learn Chinese!

I don't thìnk there is going to be much need for chinese language skills. Chinese investment in Wirral waters is conspicuous by its absence.

We'll be lucky to see a mobile chinese fish and chip van visiting the site on alternate Tuesdays when there's an 'r' ìn the month!

Thanks Cobby for the links, looking at the pictures of the finished building, can't help but wonder where all the cyclelanes will go, and still say its a stupid place to build it when you have an empty field on the other side of the road and closer to the other college!

As for learning Chinese, this was about all the goods that come from there, and when the new docks open even more coming in, and very little going out!
