There is a path alongside the River Fender M53 starting at bottom of Norwich Drive Upton. The path runs into a field and then it leads into Upton Park.It is a well used path and the field is just that a field with nothing growing.
This morning I was told that I was trespassing.
To save me a trip to Birkenhead I wonder does anybody know anything about this field.?
It is used a lot by the riders from Fender Valley riding school
and dog walkers.
thanks a lot

Definitive maps for Wirral can now be viewed online - see https://www.wirral.gov.uk/downloads/6163 for the Upton/Woodchurch area, https://www.wirral.gov.uk/my-servic...cycling/public-rights-way/definitive-map for all areas.

Only recognised off-road right of way in the area you describe is a short stretch running south from Norwich Drive around the sewage farm to Upton Park Road.
