I've noticed that there is external wall insulation being done on a few properties off Liscard Rd by the petrol station, is this a scheme that anybody can get done or is it through some sort of Green Deal?. I would like it doing to my property but seems very expensive.

i was told we would be informed as they get nearer to our property, apparently its free.
