Just drove passed seaview road, Liscard. Just outside Carlito's Pizza shot, 1 paramedic car, 2 ambulance and 2 fire engines. Any ideas?

Seaview Road,Liscard,Wallasey.
Fire crews from Wallasey and Birkenhead community Fire stations attended a fire in a flat at 23:05.
The fire was in a Bedroom which was severely damaged.
The Ambulance service was requested to give precautionary checks to two Males, one was checked at scene but refused any Hospital treatment, the second Male was taken by Ambulance to Arrowe Park Hospital.
The Fire service left the incident at 00:5
