Anyone know in terms of admin fees etc, who are the cheaper and better letting agents around and also which ones are too expensive or 'not very good' type too?

10% of monthly rent is standard.

If selling then insist on 1%

But I've heard others charge more admin than others

try five estates in irby. newish small company were doing a very good deal on house sales so might do similar for lettngs
