Hi Melloi,

By no means an expert but I would remove the word "SHY" mainly because it could ... be associated with lack of confidence etc.

Just let him go on a "no drinking pub crawl" with you in background and I would be certain he would find something

i understand what ya mean. we have asked most of the pubs around by us but no one is taking on. have also tried macdonalds b&m home bargains asda tesco. its so hard to get him in anywhere he wants to work but theres nothing out there, i feel for him i really do

Try joining an agency like workforce, Kinetic etc.... Might not be the best paid work for unskilled stuff but some money is better than none. It will also give him experience which counts for a lot :-)

oo thanks mr pete i never thought of that it doesnt matter what the pay is its all money in his pocket and like you say gets him some experience which is hard to get as most places want experience but ya cant get experience without having a job its a vicious circle. so thanks am deffo gonna try that for him

No probs :-) I gained full time employment from my final agency position so its well worth it.
