If anyone here views Wirralcam, can anyone tell me what is lying on the sand in the image of Hilbre Island view from Hoylake ? At first when I saw it I thought it was a black dog or something, but it's been there for over a week now and I can't make out what it is. If it's a bin or some other type of junk why hasn't it been moved I wonder?
Can anyone else see it and tell what it is?

Just looks like debris. We have bigger tides over the next few days, so if it floats it may shift.

I'm quite sure its a tree trunk but I might be passing at some point today... if so let you know
