Can anyone tell me if the mums of babies still get baby milk, nappies etc. from their local clinics in this country? I thought there is still a scheme which operates but don't know and now wonder if it is still available.

My sister works with the Health Visitors & does the baby clinics. Apparently they stopped giving the free milk to encourage the mothers to breast feed. If they're on Benefits they get the 'Healthy Start' vouchers (Around £6.00)towards milk, fruit & veg etc.
