Hoping someone can help please.My sons ps3 turned itself off mid-game yesterday,and when he put it back on he had to do a system restore as it hadn`t been switched off properly.Anyway the system restore bar got to about 98% and stopped,then it said the data had been corrupted and he`s lost all his game data.Can this be retrieved anyway as it wasn`t backed up?Or has it gone forever?
I`m clueless when it comes to IT so i thought i`d ask here.

He will most likely have lost it all you should of backed out off it or turned console off
