Hi,the house lights flickered and the the tv went off for a second or two today around 11:30,this seems to happen every few weeks,any ideas?

lol, i had a mini power cut the other week, was training at warcop and was thundering and lightening, the backup power units kicked in as all lights etc went out and a nice crack as well, a bit disconcerting
