Does anybody know what the new foundations are going to be in Birkenhead park. I'm thinking maybe exercise stations as I've seen them in other parks.

my mate works as a water bailiff in the park and told me they are for exercise bikes

Went round today, its all exercise equipment. Looks sturdy

After seeing some of the crap going on in the Park I was hoping it was CCTV cameras. Oh well!
