Don`t know why but I`m really surprised at this.
I thought La Banque was?
I`m sure someone said they removed the bricks one by one and rebuilt it somewhere else? Another dream maybe?

If your surprised at 31, you will be amazed at 62 (which by coincidence is double 31), the number of Grade listed building in Wallasey Borough Constituency - there are 60 with Wallasey in their address.

There are a lot missing off Wikipedia eg Fort Perch Rock and Perch Lighthouse are two obvious ones that are Grade II listed.

Another one that is missing (or should be listed) is the Round House in Magazine Lane.
