My guess would be Bebington Road. Anyone help?

Looks very much like the row of shops on Bebington Road, opposite Victoria park

Woodchurch Road, Prenton. They were our local shops when I was nought but a lad. The Halfway House pub is just visible on the extreme LH edge of the picture. The houses immediately below the trees were demolished in the late 60's or early 70's for road widening.
