Any recommendations for a site to watch football or boxing free online

I think this or similar was posted before but I'm crap at using the search

Being pestered by one of my sons (he's not with a modem uses a dongle for getting online)

I watch it on p2p4u and Iraq goals football channel, but there both crap, stop start all the time.

tbh watching it via dongle will be c rap.

If you do want to watch it use the one with a lower bit rate.
