Does anyone else agree that this storyline is getting stupidly tedious and boring now?? All Eastenders seems to be about now is this one storyline, its been dragging on since before Xmas and its also getting stupidly unrealistic.
Max never does any work but can afford hotels and jewellry galore alongside things like a mortgage on one house and a wedge in rent on a luxury flat and holidays every 5 minutes. Wtf, on Friday it reached an all new low in its unrealistic ways.
I was so desperatly hoping Stacey would blab off on Friday and thought finally it might actually happen, but in less then 10 minutes, Max had seen Bradley, talked Tanya into going on holiday right there and right then (she thought he was hiding something earlier on he made it pretty obvious imho when he sed to go away), they had all theirs and the girls things packed for going on holiday and left to get a plane.
Stupid imho, Eastenders has lost all credibility and its no wonder its losing viewers!

The funnyest thing is Tanya doesnt even get onto anything... come to think about it, nobody does, and its getting pretty obvious, they are always shaggin in the Vic toilets and the like lmao!

And as far as soap storylines are known for being unrealistic, this one is taking the biscuit haha!

Lol I only watch it cas there aint much better on tv, plus I do wanna see the end of the storyline. Eastenders used to be ace, but in recent months it has gone utter crud. Sometimes I dunno why I still watch it, but I suppose its cos it can only get better soon... i hope lol!

You not reading what I am saying Joe, I know soaps are always unrealistic, but Eastenders is sinking to an all new low atm, its the worst ive ever seen it, and they are starting storyline and then killing them off as soon as they start, and the only storyline they seem to want to continue is this stupid one that got very boring months ago.

It just follows the most pointless storyline and drags and drags and drags and drags it out til it can't be dragged out any further!
It hasnt always been like this. This is the first time in the years ive been watching it that it has gone very stale and I have become extremely bored and tired with it.
In the past there has always been exciting storylines and multiple storylines running at the same time. And most sotrylines have come to a climax in a timely manner. The Johnny Alan vs Andy Hunter storyline was protracted, but it needed to be to have the effect of the person Johnny Alan was, and therefore worked well and kept the viewer enticed. And at the same time, there was plenty of other storylines going on like Dennis etc...
The Max and Stacey storyline isnt the most "exciting" storyline anyway, and has been protracted for far too long. Now it seems it will have been going on for 8 months or more before it comes to a climax, and it may be even longer. In the meantime any storyline that has come into the soap, has quickly disappeared. Even the car crash last week was over in a day, it could have been turned into so much more but failed miserably, just so they could get back to Max and Stacey.
