Anyone see the ambulance chopper at Liscard Primary School today, those around said it landed because of a fault? Any news to confirm. Brazil

It would happen during half term - just imagine the excitement if the children had been able to see it! From a safe distance, of course...

Whatever the reason, I hope it will get a flight recorder fitted PDQ.
I was astonished to find that police and emergency helicopters do NOT have to have these, and hope the recommendations of the crash investigators of the Clutha bar tragedy in Glasgow will be implemented. Statistically, helicopters are much more likely to crash than fixed wing aircraft.

There is a new air ambulance station being arranged for wallasey this could be there landing pad .that's official as I was at a charity do at Christmas and we where told of this
