Went by on the bus just after 5pm. There were four police cars outside and what looked like a Copper sitting on a middle aged man. No doubt the usual fun and games taking place in that classy establishment.

Guy got knocked out - in hospital now.

I'd originally heard someone dead-stabbed. My friend saw someone outside on the road with police/paramedics around him/her at 5:40pm, but was quickly directed away in his car.
Then we heard someone knocked out... No way would it still be shut from just a "normal" fight, it would never open !

Taped off at ten this morning. Cop in car so must have been quite bad. All cleared by 1 pm.

No idea what happened.

It has always been a problem pub,theres lots in liscard,
Im amazed it hasnt lost its licence. Nearly has b4.
