drove past about 5:15 on way home from work

police tape all around it and red&white tape

2 police officers present, looked like it had been arson'd but fire was out, all the side of it was open and could see in to charred remains.

i'm not gonna say it doesn't surprise me, it's been in a sorry state for a good number of years and these days it's only a matter of time before buildings get torched.
hell, who's also to say it isn't an insurance job, it's been on the market for years

I loved the retro tiling on the side of this place.

Insurance job more than likely. Sell to a developer, build some houses for the DSS layabouts. Create another ghetto. YESSSSSS!

about time, hopefully that crappy council looking building shall be knocked down now smile

Call that a pub? Joke.

Oh, btw, it was set on fire twice in one day, just to make sure they did a proper job of it lol.

It`s in the globe.

The Cygnet used to be one good pub, used to go there when home on leave in the 60's. Good pub and good folks.
