Bidston flyover and M53 from junction 1 closed. Someone is threatening to jump.
I went past as the first police car arrived. Guy was originally sitting on the barrier until he saw the police car turned up then he climbed all the way over the barrier.
Think I just missed the closure seen him hanging so to speak
Hope it all ends ok and no one is hurt.

Im suprised we havnt had the usual 'if/when they get them down they should be fined to pay for the cost of police and ambulance!!why should the joe public pay for it!!!'rant from the usual suspects

I was in the Arndale yesterday, lad was up on the roof of that all day.
