trying to get my plastic pirhana prop off my out board but cant get the fooker off, thinks its siezed on, any ideas

Spray with WD40 and leave overnight.

done that for 2 months most nights of week, didnt work, and i drenched it in it

You need to use a gear/hub puller on it.

Four equal sized wedges, two pieces of three by two, and a G-clamp?

Two wedges each side of shaft, thin ends inwards, between housing and base of prop, three by two against thick end on each side to enable g-clamp to exert even pressure on wedges. Leave nut loosely on shaft and lightly tap as you take up pressure on wedges.

got a new stainless steel prop, fully greased splines, time for some under water object churning in the mersey me thinks

inflatable, 14ft long metal keel, wooden deck about 100kg in all, engine is about 90, just got a stainless steel prop on it
