please help, iv lost images when im on ebay whether i use the windows tile or chrome, iv done a system restore as the problem only happened after windows/java update the other day but it hasnt helped

Yep, unless you alter the settings before you run it.

You can go into the settings and UN tick do not remove cookies.

You dont say what connection your using is it a dongle or home broadband ?

i'll have a look at the setting (if i can find them) and im on virgin broadband mark

Try CTRL + F5
Thats a full page refresh (Forced Refresh).

You can do it a few times then you may see the images drop in.

If that does not work, try disabling any fire wall software just for time of the test. As is if the pictures come back then its a fire wall setting.

Try right clicking on an image and select show image if that option is there ??

You can also go to the control panel and uninstall java.
then re-install it again if your think its gone corrupt.

iv tried the cleaner and the forced refresh and it hasnt worked, i uninstalled AVG this morning before trying anything else so only have windows defender on, i will try and uninstall java thanks for the help guys

i dont feel confident in uninstalling java as im not sure id find the right one to reinstall grr im not pc savy......in fact i hate technology, i only like it when it works ok ha

Hey rocks do you have a pop up blocker installed by any chance, if you do,right click on the icon then disable it for now, see if they come back.
