We got a letter from Virgin before Christmas saying they are passing our service to talk talk. We have been looking for a new sip for a while so now is a good time to go.

Bt is the most expensive, but I like the idea of bt sport and the many hotspots available.

I' ve heard talk talk are not that good

Sky are doing 12 months free but I need to swap the phone too.

So who do you rate? And who do you not?

We're with plusnet. Got their fibre optic service and line rental for like 30 quid a month. I use i for xbox live and streaming football, girlfriend also likes to d/l a lot. We've had absolutely no issues with it/them.

Do you have a BT line into the house ?
if not then your going to have to go with BT until your sign up contract runs out.

Virgin telephone lines run down the virgin cable. So BT or any other provider can not use it as access.

Be aware new BT line installations can be expensive. So ring BT and get a price first and have a whiskey near buy.

4yrs ago it would have cost me £250 if BT at the time didn't gave an offer on.

There all good providers it just depends what you want out of it.

Sky people stay with sky because they may also have tv packages.

Talk Talk service good just bloody sales calles.

Plus net good value. Ive not heard any complaints.

Where ever you decide to go make sure they include setup and installation. There not supposed to hide the costs but they can be there.

Sky would charge you +£5 if you did not include sky talk with your broadband.

It can be expensive to move from a cable set up to a line set up.

If you need more help drop me a pm and i will help if i can.

BT Uview im not that impressed the remote is clumsy as im used to sky or virgin.

Right now im with BT
and use Freesat for Tv.

Hope that helps.

Bt Hotspots i never use them.
i have unlimited data on my phone so i don't have to tree hug someones house to piggy back the free BT zone.

BT routers you can turn off the Free Zone.

Thanks peeps.

We are with bt already. I read the small print on all three. It seamed you got sky for 12 months I but had to use their phone line for 18 months. BT did free set up to so went that way.
