I have a file of pictures downloaded from a Microsoft Windows system on to a USB memory stick. But my computer is a Mac and the pictures will not open on it. Is there any way of opening them? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

try renaming with file ending .jpg Or maybe a file conversion site like
