Can anyone help me my daughters iPhone 4S has developed a fault when she phones someone the other person can hear her but its very low and also when she face times someone they can only hear her very low could this be a problem with the mic on her phone if so is there anyone who could fix this

Take it to an apple store. They might do it for free

Sounds like the mic has something in it, happens all the time.

4s might still be under warranty, if so Apple Store should swap it over for free (unless its been water damaged).

Make sure she backs up the phone first so you can restore it to the new phone.

Probably around £25 - £35.

Likely to be the lower estimate if its just a mic swap.

More than likely moisture. Try drying it out for a few days.

neil, ive used the doc before. phone fixed asap. if you want to give me the phone i can take it to his shop by my work if you want. lee

Should be same or next day, depending what parts are needed.

Make sure that you have backed up your phone.

Rock Ferry shop, New Ferry one is closed whilst sorting out a damp problem.
