I have just purchased a new laptop Samsung series 3 with windows 8,before I lose the plot is there anyone on the site who is upto date on win 8 and also Samsung.
I am willing to pay vasts amounts of money well maybe not vast amounts but i am willing to pay the going rate.
I need to get as user friendly as poss and transfer data music etc.

Got win8 but wouldn't say I was user friendly.

Just try and find your way around, use the Windows key if you get stuck (norm 3rd from bottom left) and it looks like win7. It is really easy and good to use once you find your way around, it did a few weeks to adjust fully but worth it.

Hi, my wife works at currys in Bromborough and for £30 they will do a showhow. This will teach you all you need to know about windows 8. Hope this helps.

i was going to get a new laptop for my b.day but after reading a LOT about people having issues with win8 i've put it off for now until 1. it becomes more stable and 2. i've had a chance to play with it.

my W7 pc is more than working fine, i just fancied a greedy change lol.

hope you get it sorted soon! and if you do, let us know what it's like as an OS. it looks pretty basic from what i've seen...
