Hi all my keyboard has gone mad on laptop I press g and I get jg press space bar get n any info tar.
sometimes my keys play up and you dont get the letter you press but mine normally sorts its self out with a restart
You need to check which keyboard is installed for your type of keyboard.
You can find this through the language and Input Settings in the Control Panel. It mus be way off to be doing what its doing.
If its only just happened try a system restore.
That may take the setting back to a time when they were correct.
Also try plugging in an external keyboard so you can rule out the laptops physical keyboard.
Mine have always done this if there's been some liquid damage. Turn it off, take the battery out and turn upside down. Leave off as long as you can.
Or try some compressed air to clear out any debris.
