we have a samsung google nexus i9250 there seems to be a fault on it now there is no volume like it is in aeroplane mode but is not if any one calls can not hear it & when dial out cannot speak to any one does any one know what is a matter with it please thanks

bewarned this will wipe your phone, so make sure you have contacts backed up to sim card
