Please can some one give me some help on this.

I did a job on someones combo this morning, fitting an alarm with remote central locking.

The key they had to van was not a remote one, however central locking was working perfect with key before hand.

I fitted alarm, that works, now i got to the point where i found lock and unlock wires in drivers side kick panel, ready to connect the alarm with remote central locking.

Thats when things suddenly changed,, i did not connect the wires from alarm in the end, as this problem has occured,

Ignition switched on, central locking works with key no problem, however, when i switch ignition off, doors lock automatically, and if i pull button up on door, central locking does not work, the only way central locking works is if ignition is switched on.

None of the central locking wires where cut, and nothing is connected to them from alarm.

Now i have fitted loads of these alarms, and have never come across something like this.

Any one have any advice please.
