How is everyones Virgin Media now, im on 30mb and for the past few days my download speed has been averaging 0.35kb, my upload speed isnt much better and im pinging @156, ive been reading the VM forums there are a lot of people having probs at the mo but i diddnt see anyone from wirral on there.... thanks guys
Yep am having trouble too , I'm on 100mb and i can confirm theres work in the area and they are working to fix it.
The best part is....wait for it...
Work will be finished on the 6th of september.
if you log in to virgin media you can check the service status by using your post code, you can see the fault there.
Oh an btw i phoned up to complain saying why should i be paying for 100mb when I'm getting 1mb , after a bit of moaning they said until the work is completed i won't be charged for the service. Worth mentioning if anyone is it totally dissatisfied.
