Leave the battery out
Do not even TRY to turn it on (this is what kills it)
Dry it out
Put it in a bag of rice to draw out the moisture
Take it into a phone shop ASAP and have it stripped and cleaned.
No reputable shop will charge you if it can't be fixed.
Don't leave it for day's before you take it in, you want the moisture out quickly before corrosion kicks in, especially if it was covered in stomach acid.
Hope little 'uns feeling better.

If you mean Starlight in Birkenhead Market, last time i used them i think it was £10 to look at it, regardless of whether they could fix or not, although this was a few years ago.

I personally didn't mean them (for obvious reasons)

Just finished doing six different ones, four are fine, one is totally dead, but one is now "working" again but the corrosion is so bad on the board certain keys are never going to work again, good enough maybe to get your numbers off (amazing how many people don't back them up in any way) but it'll be a freebie job as the phone can't be used.
