my xbox has one red ring of death and error code 74 can i fix this without sending it off for a repair ?
Send it off to repair it. You won't be able to fix that.
Ive fixed loads of rrod 360's and its not that hard to fix. Firstly, if the console is under 3 yrs old, the get in touch with MS and as long as the console hasnt been opened (the seal is in place), then MS will fix it free. If its over 3 yrs old or you have had the console opened, I will gladly fix it for you. Ive fixed more rrod 360's than I care to remember. Ive flashed a fair few aswell.
