'cheap' and 'decent' do not go together when you're talking about CCTV. Did this happen at night? Motion sensor based security light would probably work better.

I got mine from MAS on dock road, included hard drive recorder and 2 cameras with all fittings/wires etc £298.80, I bought an extra camera with wires (which, believe it or not, do not come with the camers) which was £60.90.

The cameras are colour, 24 hour recording, you can set the HD to delete after however long, well worth the investment as even my neighbours have said it's gone pretty quiet since I put it up.

We did a video for a security company in Morton. The video is here with their details at the end of it. Hope this helps.

Wrong location aside the video contained info regarding the MAS contact details, postcode and opening hours. It also explained exactly who the company that others had recommended was and what they do.

So in actual fact I'd say that, that reply was in fact a lot more useful than some other less informative and unnecessarily snotty ones.
