My sky box has frozen while I was purchasing a sky box office movie!
Now it's gone black with the little box on the corner still showing the Tv bit!

I've switched it all off an it's still doing it help!

Nope can't do anything! Yes it is!

Right it's come back on! Phew!

If you carnt get menu up, try unplugging it for a few mins,
if you could get the menu up, i was going to say,
press services then press 0 0 1 select then choose option that says new instalation

If it froze while you where ordering you have a software problem,
Hold the Backup button pull the power then power back up....hold for about 10seconds, you will get a message on screen updating software. release button and when message goes turn on with remote
