The PS3 Was Hacked about a 2 month ago via the PS Jailbreak however Sony have taken steps to stop them by embedding new releases with the latest Firmware that automatically patches the exploit (The First Being Medal Of Honor) This is also why Gran Turismo 5 has been delayed for the millionth time while the dev's adapt it to the new Firmware. Fortunately The PlayStation Network hasn't been hacked yet and the Game Source Files aren't editable so it won't be as bad as half the Online Xbox Live Multiplayer games full of Hackers (A Prime example being Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2)
