Cant u bluetooth em?
Posted By: IanPenny Re: iPhone Backup - 28th Aug 2010 7:03pm
plug your first iphone in

in iTunes when your phone appears right click it and select backup.

when finished disconnect

plug iPhone 4 in and if its first sync it should ask if you want to recover from a backup of an old phone. say yep and select your old phone.

other option is set up the sync data for the phone and copy them to your e mail client

Had no option wheels, had to get a new one due to dropping it that many times the screen pixels are damaged and i cannot press 4,5 or 6 anymore so part of the screentouch isn`t working frown

Carphone warehouse said they would give me £65 for it though so saves throwing it grin

To be honest i`ve tried but have all the latest software (ie: itunes, firmware 3.1.3 on the iphone 2g ect)
When i put it in sleep mode and try it the itunes contacts the itunes server and doesn`t let me do it.
Have to then fook around with the phone to get it out of brick mode.
Need to restore my lappy to factory setts then download the old itunes i think but i`m no pc buff and won`t give up till i do it lol laugh
